Order Medallion above, select size and color, and proceed to checkout.

Immediately send your logo along with any specific artwork instructions to info@floridapremierliving.com and a proof will be sent within one week for your approval.

We initially create 400 Medallions divided evenly based on your size and color selection. Future Medallions in any required color or size will be made as nessessary at no additional charge.

We will send samples of your completed Medallions approximately 4 weeks from approval of the proof. At that time we will email you a customer code to enter on all subsequent product purchases. This code will link each purchase to your own Custom Medallion which will be inserted on the product.
A simple and easy process!
Once your medallions are created, you are ready to order the gifts of your choice. Select from any of our online products, then enter your customer code and your personalized gift will be sent within three business days.
There are no minimum quantities of any kind, allowing you to tailor your purchase for each and every client, event, or promotion.
