Many of our products offer FREE SHIPPING!  When shopping these items will be clearly marked.

 Standard Shipping and Processing

• Standard shipping charges are based UPS rates as listed at checkout and are calculated on each order.
• Most items are shipped from our manufacturer’s warehouse to arrive within five to seven days of our receiving your order. For specific shipping information please see details noted on each product category.
• Items cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
• Custom items usually take longer; please see product details when ordering.
• We ship to the Continental US, Alaska & Hawaii. We do not have standard shipping to Canada or any other international countries. Please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international shipping options and payment methods.

Rush Shipping and Processing 

• We use UPS for rush orders. Please select appropriate shipping method at checkout where pricing will be calculated.
• UPS Methods: Next Day Air or Second Day Air

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please submit an e-mail to info@floridapremierliving.com or from the Contact Us page to obtain a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions before returning your item(s). We are unable to return items without prior authorization.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You will be responsible to mail your returned item in an insured and traceable package to the original manufacturer’s warehouse. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount or greater as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred on the new item.
